Lions Bear Lake Camp is owned and operated by Lions Visually Impaired Youth Camp, Inc. a 501C-3 Non Profit Corporation. The camp opened its doors in July, 2000. It is financially supported by Lions, Lioness and Leos throughout Michigan. Our Mission

We are licensed by the State of Michigan to operate a summer camp. Lions Bear Lake Camp is proud to be accredited by the American Camping Association. Developed exclusively for the camp profession, this nationally-recognized program focuses on program quality, health and safety issues and requires us to review every facet of our operation. Bear Lake Camp has voluntarily submitted to this independent appraisal done by camp experts and has earned this mark of distinction.
We are available all year round for weekday or weekend use. Our facilities are modern, accessible and comfortable. We have:
| Ten heated cabins with bathrooms. Each cabin houses 16 persons with a camp capacity of 160 persons. | |

| Waterfront area with paddle boats, canoes and kayaks. | |
